Women’s Retreat: Jonesboro, GA April 26-27th

We are currently registering for our Women’s Retreat!  We will be headed to a rented home in Jonesboro on Friday evening for dinner, working on a Mission Project together, having some prayer time, and enjoying the fellowship.  On Saturday after breakfast, we will be headed to First Baptist Jonesboro to join women across the state for the Georgia Baptist Women’s program, including the key note speaker: Crystal Evans Hurst. It will be a wonderful day and we will head home around 4pm that afternoon.  If you want to join just for Saturday and meet us in Jonesboro, that’s fine too!  Deposits are due March 13th in the church office!  Email us if you have questions or Click here for more information:  Women’s Retreat Flyer 

Ladies Bible Study

The ladies in our Bible study come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. We seek to grow in the grace, knowledge, and love of Jesus Christ and we encourage one another in the Lord. Growing in the truths of God’s word also grows our influence within the family and beyond.

Our next Bible Study will begin on Sunday evening, February 25 from 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM.  This study will meet for five weeks.  We will be engaging Chrystal Evans Hurst’s, The 28-Day Prayer Journal.  “Whether you are new or well versed in communication with God, this hopeful and supportive guide will help you experience God’s presence in ways you never have before thorugh the practice of meaningful prayer.”
